At Kings, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free refund policy.
Refund Conditions
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.
- Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used stationery items.
- You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item(s) to us.
Refund Process
- Contact our customer service team at support@kings.com or call us at +1 (555) 123-4567 to initiate a return.
- Provide your order number, name, and reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Ship the item(s) back to us at the provided return address, including the RMA number.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
