Return Policy

At Kings, we understand that sometimes purchases don't meet your expectations, and we want to make the return process as smooth as possible for our valued customers.

Return Conditions

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used stationery items.
  • You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item(s) to us.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@kings.com or call us at +1 (555) 123-4567 to initiate a return.
  2. Provide your order number, name, and reason for the return.
  3. Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  4. Ship the item(s) back to us at the provided return address, including the RMA number.
  5. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
